Our small business has worked with NW Media Collective for many years, always with success. Recently, we engaged Abby and the team to work up a new marketing strategy. They really listened, asked wise questions and shared a wealth of knowledge. The project included 2 new websites, video production, and multiple supporting deliverables. Abby was a genius in creating a budget that worked for us. The project management tools were top notch, and the entire team was awesome to work with. Great personalities, super smart and talented. To top it off, the sites launched right on schedule (2 days early)! We have used NWMC for years and have always been impressed with the expertise and service. When we first contracted with them, we were in a crisis situation that required thinking outside of the box to resolve the issue. Travis and Abby impressed us with their skills and can do attitude to tackle a challenge they had not encountered before. Since that time, NWMC has built two websites for us that they also manage our maintain. They are our go to for any IT issues that are outside of our in house IT skill set.

We got in contact with NW media through a referral from a good friend. Our experience with NW media has been more then we could have expected. Our first meeting was with Travis and Abby. They spent quite a bit of time discussing with us a plan of action and what our goals are. There honesty and willingness to help with even small changes as we moved into a complete revamp was amazing. There rates are in comparison on the low side, the reason for this is you are getting what you pay for not a lot of extra fluff and stuff that’s not needed. They will give you options and discuss the price difference and value. I am very happy to have had the privilege to meet and work with the team at NW media collective.

Travis and his team are true professionals. They were with us every step of the way as we completely overhauled out website right before our biggest season kick off event of the year. Not only did they manage to get the job done on time our bounce rate plummeted immediately after launch. People are visiting the site more often and staying longer! Best part is... just 3 months after launch Alder Creek Kayak & Canoe had their strongest July ON RECORD! If you want a team that is present, detailed, and gets the job done right and on time... you want NWMC.
