If I could give zero stars I would. Started the process of making unit shirts and design. Met with Kimberlee and dropped off 3 carhartt jackets to get new logo screen printed on them and then lost complete communication. We have been trying to reach out almost every day for last 3 months and have had zero response. At this point we are just trying to get our 3 personal hoodies back that members purchased and find another company. Would not recommend if you want transparency, communication and or receiving a product.

Extremely disappointed. Worked with Kimberlee on a design and dropped off sweatshirts to have screen printed. She stopped responding to emails and calls for no reason and never returned our purchased hoodies.

Fantastic service!! Quick response to our need for shirts and hats for our group. They designed the lay outs with our input and we are extremely happy. The price and products where way better than the competition. We shopped around allot until we found them they came recommended from a friend.
You won't go wrong having embroidery creations do your work... Very happy customer!!

Sent the files on the 9th and was told I would get a template on the 11th, I finally got a response on the 21st.

After I sent the file they requested, they’re unable to work with the file 2 weeks later.

I prepaid for this service, and they never informed me about the delay.

I did follow up twice as well.
