Buyer beware - waste of time and money! There is NO PHONE NUMBER for any customer care and communication at all, and they will not call you even if you ask and provide your number. Not all their t-shirts are premade and ready to go. They can take up to 4 weeks or more to make and then ship. While the t-shirts are not Walmart quality, they run larger than actual and the crew neck is so high up, it chokes your neck. The shirts are unisex so there is no lower scoop neck for women’s shirts. They have a “video online about funneling the customers” revealing they are more about production and money only. With customers, comes care, otherwise get out of the customer / retail business. They MIRROR more characteristics of a scam company and many have had our similar experience. Unless this company can make some changes to address the real repeated problems, don’t waste your time with them as there are way too many great companies out there with great clothing options!

If I could leave ZERO stars I would! I placed an order on 2/15 after a FB ad popped up and received 1 email response to an inquiry about delivery time. The order never showed up and I never received any answers to subsequent emails.

I then went onto their website to use the chat online feature. After waiting onine for an hour and a half, I finally gave up and requested a refund through Paypal. BTW, The phone number of 866-276-7707 that shows up on the my Paypal transaction is not a working number. Also, the number that shows up on a Google search does not work! So sketchy! 🙁

Lo and behold, as soon as Paypal issued a temporary refund, I immediately received an emails confirming that I had cancelled my order! This is the worst customer service EVER!

I have no idea how they have 4.9 stars on here. If you go to Trustpilot that have about 2 stars. I am disappointed b/c I was giving a few shirts to my wonderful employee and as a fellow Christian, I expected more of a "Christian" company!

I would NOT recommend buying from Eternal Light Co. They clearly do not care about keeping your business. BUYER BEWARE! Do your research online before buying. Thanks to Paypal for refunding me my money.

Thanks Eternal Light, My name is Anita, and I am from Puerto Rico, I have made several purchases true Eternal Light and its been amazing, after the lost of my father I purchase a light with his picture for his grave site, not knowing few months after that My mom will pass away also, and I both a
cross too, they both look beautiful together! Also buy one for a friend. But as there grave site is far away from home, I decide to make a little memorabilian at home! Just wanted to say, Thanks!! Quality, service and loving words make u guys different. May God Bless you all always!!!

I absolutely adore the products I have received from Eternal Light! I am an independent rep for Mary & Martha and there are NO better shirts in which to represent M&M than Eternal Light! I also love the inspirational devotionals and stickers they send along w your order! The Grow in Grace shirt and sticker are still my favorite! Great company that delivers with their products and services! Highly recommend!

I have ordered a couple of times in the past few months. The T-shirts are nice quality, lightweight but not thin, very soft. They fit true to size for women’s sizing—they don’t run small or fit like “juniors sizing”. It was about a month before I received my order each time, but I received several emails that kept me updated about my order. I receive a lot of compliments when I wear my shirts

I Love Eternal Light Co. They carry a wide variety of Christian apparel. I have bought over a dozen shirts and have never had a problem with any of them. They are sized appropriately and make great gifts. The shirt material is very soft. They ship on time and come quickly.
