Asked them if they were able to vinyl wrap my motorcycle fuel tank. They said “yes, no problem. It will take a few days.” And he asked me to pre pay $300 for the material.

After 2 weeks of waiting they call me and said it was finished, I went to pick it up. And it was painted, not vinyled. The owner said it was too hard to stretch the vinyl so the paint it. And refused any kind of refund for my prepaying.
