There truly is stellar customer service still out there. I needed a rush order for 2 large 8' x 10' banners - overnight no less. I asked if they could be installed on a frame at a trade show. I was speaking with Clint, the owner. He said no, he doesn't install but he would deliver. So the next day he arrived with the first banner. My co-worker and I were standing in the middle of our booth feeling flummoxed because there were no directions to the post structure. Clint said, "You don't look happy to see me". I said, well, we're happy to see you, we just can't figure out how to get this frame together. He put down the banners and went to work on constructing the frame. Then, hung the banner when he had clearly pointed out that he "didn't install". Wow! We are so grateful that he saved the day for us. Later in the afternoon he arrived with the second banner. We were busy with the show and hadn't had time to put together the second frame. He said that he had a few minutes, so he'd help put it together. And again, he "didn't install", but he did. The banners themselves are absolutely the highest quality I've ever seen and worth every penny. We can't say enough good words about Standard Printworks/Minuteman Press. You will not be disappointed.

Standard Printworks is so wonderful! I was in Spokane for a conference and last minute needed a lot of copies of both color and black and white documents. The woman there (so sorry I didn’t catch your name) was so sweet and helpful and efficient, and it was so much more affordable than I was expecting! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Standard Printworks is the best! Their customer service is so friendly, and they produce the perfect prints , PDF's, copies and more. I have gone to them for all my printing needs and I need no other print shop. Their service is fast and their copier makes my work look better. It's always a pleasure to see the finished product they produce for me, and always with a warm welcome and a very reasonable price
