Your whole team did a great job putting on your Christmas Factory tour! One of the elves took some selfies when helping take photos of our family with Mrs. Claus. We thought it was funny when we looked back through all the photos.

Such a great experience!! The picture alone with Santa would have cost more than the entrance! So much love and attention to detail. We got hot chocolate and a cookie and great pictures! My two year old niece loved meeting Santa 🎅.

Our family loved our time at the Christmas Factory. Everyone was so sweet, especially Bubbles and Oliver the elves.
The tours start on time, if you arrive early you can wait in your car,, or they have the ticket booths that are heated to stay out of the cold if one is open.
We were greet promptly at our tour start time by two elves, and taken to Mrs. Clause Bakery. Everyone got some hot chocolate (or apple cider if there was a preference or allergy, which thank you since I can't have chocolate) and delicious snickerdoodle cookies, while meeting Mrs Clause with chances for photos.
On to visit the sliegh with our Elf guides where we learned how Santa's sleigh is fueled and the magic that goes into a Christmas flight!
The last stop was Santa's Toy Factory where we got to listen to wonderful music played live, the children each got a special gift from the elves, and had a chance to play while we awaited our personal visit with Santa in his office.
A wonderful time had by all with lots of photo ops, a family Santa photo provided digitally by Santa's assistant elf, as well as a Naughty or Nice certificate delivered by non other than Santa himself.
On the way back to the car we were able to glimpse dasher and prancer the reindeer and had a chance to feed them some pellets of food.

Overall the tour took about 1 hour, there are several areas with stairs, so I would recommend leaving the strollers and either carrying your baby and todders, or have a baby carrier or wrap handy. Bring a jacket as you will be hoping between several buildings and a 3 minute stay at the sleigh outside. Make sure your phones are charged up so you can get lots of photos for picture memories!

Such an amazing experience, magical and seeing our son have a look of pure amazement throughout was just something else. The elves were fantastic and the interaction with kids was perfect, singing songs walking between buildings and just making them feel comfortable. We highly recommend it and our son keeps saying how much he loves Santa and Mrs Claus. His photos say it all. For the price it’s a steal, usually we pay $30-$40 for a Santa photo at the mall but for this experience. Totally worth every penny!!!

I cannot express how impressed we are every year with this family event! We have attended 3 of the 4 years now and we have been so pleased each year! My kids (18,16,11, & 8), my husband and I leave with sore faces from the constant smiles and laughter. We still have each souvenir from previous years, that the elves so carefully made. And let’s not forget Santa’s naughty or nice card each child receives. Priceless keepsakes, in my opinion.
Our hearts and Christmas spirit are filled just a bit more with the thought, care, and obvious love that goes into creating such a magical performance, every time. This has been the best family tradition and we are so grateful! If anyone has even thought about going- don’t hesitate. You won’t be disappointed!

Moving to Alaska has been tough, especially on our kiddos, but The Christmas Factory was such a fun experience for both them and us! We enjoyed the hot cocoa and cookies given by Mrs. Clause and the interactive experience from the elves! Our children loved meeting Santa, feeding the reindeers and making a wish on the wishing tree. Our time in Alaska was quickly turned around by this one experience. We can’t wait to go back next year!

This is hands down the best event in Alaska to take your kids to for a magical Christmas experience. I love how you don't buy anything extra when you get there. It comes with a toy for your child, a naughty or nice certificate, cookies and hot cocoa, a picture with Santa, and of course the experience with the funny elves and Mr. and Mrs. Claus. You can tell that so much love and care was put into the decorating. I can't recommend it enough!

We won our experience this year but also went last year. Both times we have absolutely loved The Christmas Factory. The decorations are beautiful, elves are so friendly, silly and understanding (my little one had just woken from a car nap and wasn’t really excited at first). Mrs Claus turned that around with chocolate. When it came to meeting Santa he was so unbelievably patient with our little guy. My son was scared to go up to Santa’s chair so Santa came down to us, sat down at our sons level and talked to him about everything he loves. He was so creative, even saying that Thomas the trains boss (sir toppumhat) goes and helps him at the North Pole. My son loved that as he loves Thomas the Train.
We also received our letter from the big man himself and they absolutely nailed it. Our overall experience was magical!
