Been using Finsbury media for a few years now, I can really fault them. I have had the Web maintenance package and the seo package. I've seen my business rank higher on Google through the seo and the Web maintenance have also been very helpful with things I am unable to do myself.

Overall I would highly recommend the seo and webdevelopment team both are superb

Awful company, lie to your face, take your money, deliver the bare minimum, basic spelling mistakes in text they sent over for me to proof read, this company has cost me roughly £2k per month in losses since asking them to redo my website and improve ranking, they promised they could get me ranking higher, in actual fact i started to rank lower with their updated website, lost a couple of positions. Which ultimately caused huge financial loss to my business, caused stress for my entire family, and caused me to have to get a second job to try and make ends meet.

I contacted them multiple time asking for updates and asking what had been done for the roughly £600+ per month they were charging me for SEO and Google advertising, asking them why basic errors were present, ranking was poor etc, they just kept telling me they are working on it, with no real evidence of what's being done.

When i started asking for a refund, they transferred me to the sales department where they had the audacity to try and charge me another £600 per month to do the things they promised they had already done

I spent and lost tens of thousands of pounds due to this companies lies.

These guys should all be ashamed of themselves, the director or manager who initially made all the promises soon disappeared from correspondence and just ignored all my requests for help or refunds.

I actually took legal advice to try and claim money back through court system but was advised it would be very difficult and costly.

Disgusting company. Avoid at all costs.

I now thankfully have a highly qualified single SEO engineer that has done everything i have asked for already in a matter of weeks for almost ten time less than they were charging me, so it is possible.

Horrific experience with this company. Have been wanting to write this review for years but have only just found someone to help, so my site is now safely elsewhere, and at a fraction of the cost. Was worried my site would get sabotaged by this company if i wrote the review while they still had control.
