UPDATE : Try the Beer Braised Brisket sammich - pictured, with half fries / half onion rings side (half 'n half is a side option). Greatly enjoyed it!

Love this spot! Cozy, yet just roomy enough to stand and get around comfortably, warm atmosphere, great food (had the chicken bleu sammich, half cajun / half bacon jam wings, and, the fried okra - the mac 'n cheese is next).

The staff are incredibly friendly. The dude with the borked foot is a friggin' trouper!

The outdoor patio is covered and comfortable, and, you can enjoy a smoke, on the patio, with your food and / or beverage.

Slàinte!

Bricks has an awesome breakfast menu. I’ve eaten here 3 separate times now and every time the experience has been beyond my expectations. The menu is dialed down with basic offerings, but thats not a detriment as the dishes are executed very well. The thing that keeps me coming back besides the delicious breakfast burrito is how friendly the staff is! Brittni, Craig, & Phil make me feel welcome every time I’m there. I will definitely continue to come back here as long as they are around!

Love that we found this place around the corner from our home! Food was excellent, atmosphere was friendly and comfortable with plenty of seats at the bar or in a booth, servicer was knowledgeable and timely with all our needs. And we found out they do Weekend Brunch so excited to return soon!

Tacos were awesome.
Breakfast burrito was awesome (could use more potatoes, though).
Brisket benedict was very good. Hash browns were rather soggy, though.

Coffee was excellent. Wish they had non-alcoholic champagne for mimosa...

The best food in South Austin!!!! The staff is amazing and very welcoming. We go here at least 1-2 times a week because the food is always fresh and made to order. When a restaurant asks how you want your burger cooked…you know it’s gonna be good!

Great hh prices. Love the mini corn dogs (a bowl for $5!!). We had stopped coming here because there was a rude waiter before.. but seems like he is gone. The service now is outstanding. They are very attentive, friendly, and gave us great suggestions. They recently opened the gazebo area and it looks so pretty, just in time for the fall weather.

Food was good, but the service was great and attentive. Brit was our server/bartender and she was so nice and always making sure we had what we needed even though it was super busy. I will definitely be back.
