I have been working with Diane Palmer- CPA. MBA. for nearly a decade and a half. She's shepherded me through the financial trauma of a divorce, which necessitated the negotiation of an IPA with the IRS. She's been a fierce, ethical advocate on my behalf with the IRS. While not revealing too much personal information in such a public format, Diane saved my family $13K in tax year 2017 by dint of her strategic tax acumen.

Wanted to write a review since many of the other reviews are clearly fake and posted by "professional" reviewers who do nothing but post 5 star reviews.

In short: this is an awful business with little to no regard for customer service. Their primary tactic around tax time is to always, always, always file for an extension immediately. Then they have YOU do all the work by giving over 50 pages of documentation to them - which can only be provided to them in handwriting (in other words, no online mechanism to provide your annual information to them).

Finally, a previous reviewer said something about them coming to her house sometimes! What a joke. Some of their accountants don't even live in Atlanta, much less make house calls. And if you stop by their office it's often a ghost town.

In short, don't waste your time here.
