Great company to have signs done with. B++ Part of the reason I cannot give them a full 5 stars is due to the lack of internal communication. My signs were done exactly as I had wished for and I am thankful for that, Wires Computing and BTV Drones are now much easier to find. The owner knows what he is doing and was helpful, but going back to my main concern which is the operator and/or assistant that would answer the phone would have no idea, or had no way to check the status of the project. I called to make a payment and the rep didn't know how much I owed. Usually the person/company requesting the payment will know/ask for the payment amount, not the other way around. I will admit I may have submitted a few more changes than most would but I feel as though the back and forths could have been drastically reduced if they had called me and asked a few questions rather then emailing proofs numerous times, needing approvals/updating. But as I mentioned a good company to work with, beginning quote was good, end result was good, just the middle during the process could really have been a bit more streamlined. They installed my signs as well and took care of the "finishing details" Thanks.
