RBA has assisted our company over the years. They helped recover our emails that could be recovered after fire, set up a new laptop and got us back online after office computers were destroyed.

I had a business presentation to give to a group of 30+ academic colleagues from the SE region of the U.S. I wanted it to include raw video footage from a course I teach (which was the focus of the presentation) and use the opportunity to welcome the conference participants in the 8-minute intro during the actual conference presentation. A few weeks before the conference, Rich came to the class and very professionally carried out his recording magic while blending seamlessly into the classroom background. By the time we met to review the footage, he had already edited exactly what I had asked for in the 8-minute segment! At the conference, I started rolling footage 3 minutes prior to show time – as Rich and I discussed – and got the attention of the folks streaming in. Once 9:30 hit and the footage came to me starting the actual class. The room went silent as the attendees began to watch the first 5 minutes of the class which included them being welcomed Sevier County and east TN. I didn’t need to say word-one until the video faded and my Title slide came up. The presentation was a huge hit! The entire show went off flawlessly. The video segment accomplished EXACTLY what I had hoped it would. As a result, a handful of attendees will be incorporating my teaching format into their classes.
