Very creepy call center. When you call the guy always always asks, "May I ask who's calling?" Really? It's none of your business, just get me the person I ask for, MAN! Then he comes back and says, "I'm transferring you to the person you requested." Really?! I thought that is what you did in the first place. I've dealt with many big time companies and when I call to speak to someone they never ask you who is calling. My 2 cents, STOP DOING THAT.
