I hired this company to build a website, create a logo, and launch a social media campaign. Do not waste your time and especially money with this company, they delivered a website that was riddled with errors, did not have the key words I wanted, and was obviously built with AI that had zero proofreading. Pages were essentially duplicates of each other describing different services offered, yet they all talked about painting, which is a very minor service that my company offers. They did nothing for the social media campaign, after I spent hours going over each proposed post and writing notes on the shared document for the meeting. They never called for the meeting, never made a single edit on the web page, and never sent the logo. I did not have any access to make changes to the web page or else I would have done it myself. I cancelled the contract after three months, asking for my logo and they said they would send it and continue hosting my website.

After a few months the site went down, and they tried to extort more money from me for 'services' and I brought up the agreement we had and the page went back up. A month later it went down again, so I called that time (I had mentioned earlier in email that I prefer email for my records, and they stopped communicating with me) and I had the single most unprofessional, aggressive and demeaning phone call I have ever had. Larry not only attacked me through his company phone system to harass me over 30 times in a day, one call after another, during business hours and after, but also used personal accounts to leave negative reviews on my website and other review sites.

They then started creating fake profiles to leave negative reviews on my page, forcing me to spend more time and effort getting those removed, until I finally had to shut it down to get the harassment to stop. Max market pros are absolutely predators that do everything they can to extort as much money from you as they can until you get wise to their scheme and cancel the service

Since joining Max Market Pros over a year ago, I haven’t had to do anything besides talk to them on the phone and send over some pictures and videos. I was called by them and talked into getting a website, logo and social media campaign. They built the website and I noticed some big issues with the different pages that were nearly identical. It felt like they used AI to generate the website and didn't care to look over the product before sending it to me. I asked for changes to be made, since I didn't have access to the back end of the website. Multiple emails were exchanged which said that I would have the issues fixed and a logo delivered, which never happened. I was given about a weeks worth of work and promises over the moon and nothing was delivered.
I talked to them today and they sent my original logo, after Lawrence claimed to have deleted everything, in exchange for deleting my one star review. I listened back to our phone conversations and I just do not feel right letting them get off the hook for giving me something that I had paid them for originally. They are an exceptionally unprofessional company and I would not recommend them to anyone.
They took advantage of my goodwill and took my money for nothing. I had requested we terminate our business relationship before the next billing cycle, and they billed me anyway. I emailed them to see what was going on and they called me instead (to avoid a paper trail) and told me they would host my website in perpetuity in exchange for not refunding the latest charge.
I thought this was a fair deal and agreed to it, until October of this year when my website went down. I emailed them to see what was going on, they said they needed payment, and again insisted on a phone call, which I declined and requested to keep it to email for records purposes. I didn't hear back and my website went back up. Then it went down again in November, and this time I was told I owed them for the months they hosted my website, I explained the aforementioned agreement and I was berated during the phone conversation from my past relationships, my military service, to what I do for a living. It was the single most unprofessional phone call I have ever had, and felt like I was talking to a petulant child that could not address my concerns and resorted to ad hominem attacks instead.
After I left my initial one star review I got a phone call the next morning saying that they would send me my logo, which I had requested from day one and hadn't been delivered after multiple emails saying that they would, in exchange for deleting the one star review. Lawrence was much more reasonable but still couldn't resist resorting to insults, and it just doesn't feel right to let them get away with the amount of mistreatment and lack of service I received from day one.
I fundamentally feel that they take advantage of people, and the other one star reviews show a similar pattern of behavior that is a real issue that should not be ignored.
It is especially telling that I received a 1 star review hours after my review on their page from a mysterious profile with one review, and I firmly believe that they fake reviews. When I was provided my website I had several fictitious reviews that I was curious about but didn't think too much about, but now I see them for the charlatans they are.
