Called to enquire about services and the lady answering the phone was incredibly rude. No greeting, just a quick and clearly agitated “Hello”

I began to ask a few questions and within 15 seconds she interjected and very nastily “can you wait I’m helping someone” and put me on hold. I waited for four minutes and decided to hang up.

I totally understand being busy and i would have understood if she said she needed a few minutes to help another customer when she initially answered. Kindness and patience is a very important skill to have when dealing with potential customers and it really turned me off of working with them

I was looking for somewhere local to make shirts with a design I already had for a bachelorette trip. Found Adpro through google. I walked into the storefront on 35 and ordered tshirts & 1 crewneck sweatshirt to be picked up the following week.
When I went to pick up my order, it was missing the sweatshirt. I was bummed but understand mistakes happen. The employee was so apologetic & went out of his way to get a white sweatshirt & get the sweatshirt done before the end of the day. Thank you, Adpro for great products and excellent customer service. Will recommend Adpro to anyone going forward!

Adpro is the best that ever was, is, and always will be (had to steal that quote from Bret "The Hitman" Hart). I take my hockey jerseys to get numbered and lettered to Adpro, and their overall work is beyond perfection. You'd be a fool to do business anywhere else.
