We have had the best experience with Affordable Landscape & Maintenance! A few years ago, we dreamed of turning our natural yard into a family oasis and they made our dreams come true.

When I reached out with my initial inquiry, Juan was so quick to respond. He listened to my ideas and gave great suggestions on how to make the space even better than I imagined. The quote was very reasonable compared to other companies. And the crew transformed our yard in a blink of an eye by adding grass, irrigation, trees and plants and a patio space.

It’s been a few years since the big job and I love seeing our yard come to life each spring. The grass is so green, and the trees, plants and flowers transform beautifully through the seasons. Juan and his crew handle weekly maintenance for us to keep everything fresh!

Juan and his crew are like a delightful surprise. The backyard makeover was fast, much less than I had anticipated, and flexible when I changed my mind about things.

We had some pretty major landscaping done on our .25ac home in Kings Beach and I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the result. Juan came out and looked around, gave me a scope to fit my budget, and within a few weeks I had a swoon-worthy backyard space. They were nearly $10k less than the next lowest bid we received.

ALM laid new sod, helped me build a retaining wall, planted 11 trees and a lot of bushes and smaller plants, and completely irrigated the whole space. Since then, when I text for advice or help, an army of men randomly show up with leaf blowers and shovels to do my bidding. I feel like a queen, and I'm all for it.

I've recommended ALM to several friends and family members, and everyone has been bowled over by the result and value!

Juan & his crew totally transformed our yard in Kings Beach from pine needle covered dusty desolation into a lovely outdoor living space.

Juan advised us on the types of plants and trees that do well in our North Tahoe microclimate and everything Affordable Landscape planted is flourishing. They planted a small section of grass for our kids and got the irrigation dialed in just right.

They also put in decomposed granite paths and our yard just works now.

Juan is super responsive and when he shows up with his crew of 10+, they get more work done in an hour than I can in a week.

We chose Affordable Landscape in the first place based on recommendations from multiple neighbors in KB and also friends in Incline. Juan has rightfully built a reputation as the guy you call when you want awesome work done at fair prices.
