I’ve rented from affordable rentals for over a year now and honestly we love it! When we moved in there was some bugs but we immediately called the landlord and told her we weren’t moving in until it was handled and she immediately sent someone out! Other than that we have had no problems! When our tub has leaked they sent someone out right away to fix it. When we moved in the back porch was torn up and the wood was broken so I informed her and she had someone come replace it all and make it look brand new! When our breaker flipped we called the emergency number and someone came right away and flipped it back on. We were looking around and seen an ad for the company and put in an application and they called us with a place. For our first place together it’s an amazing apartment and an amazing size for $500! Highly recommend renting off of them! And they allow pets for a fee! 🤍🤍

After holding my application for 3 weeks, I asked for my information back. I called weekly to follow up. After 1 week, they stated they had a family emergency that put them behind. The following week, I was told the person who handles the property I had applied for was on vacation. The next week, I was told she was out of the office, but still never got a return call. How they are in business, I’m unsure. They didn’t do a real background check and said I had an eviction from almost 13 years ago, which is incorrect. I was never given the chance to view the property that I had applied and waited for. I wasn’t willing to wait any longer as I now have 8 days to be moved.

After living in one of their rental apartments for over three years and trying to be good tenants my husband and I had had enough. After neighbors blaring music all day and all night, black mold in the hallway, the neighbor across the hallway with their huge dog and that person ringing our doorbell at all hours of the night, the old windows that wouldn't stay shut ( the maintenanceguy nailed the windows shut ) , the hallway shower that had 0 water pressure , the flooring that felt like it was going to fall in at any given time and the fireplace damper that was broken ( the maintenance man stuffed insulation in the fireplace because they couldn't fix the damper ) but after all that we still gave our 30 day notice and even spent 3 days cleaning and bought new blinds and after all that we were not givin our deposit back. These people are slum lords.

Considering we lived with possums/raccoons for 3 years are more they didn’t give us the deposited we wanted I might consider taking these people to court only because my mom is right I let people get by with way to much only gave me 319 idc they didn’t even provide the whole 8 blinds either their wasn’t even blinds upstairs so I don’t know how they charge us for something that even wasn’t their but yes this is what we had to live with and that’s why we had to move

If you have an eviction on your record , they will not rent to you. Also rude as hell. DON'T RENT FROM THEM. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST.

I've heard great things & research shows they're real people not just pen pushers collecting rent ...in one search that came up was second chance on evictions...
Well guess that one was wrong, Haven't bothered one way or another to get a hold of me
Really ought to work on that...seems to be your weakness & downfall
