We got home on Easter at 9pm and it was 86 degrees in the home. We have a 2 month old so we were in a predicament. I called Air Command and there was a tech at my house in less than 10 minutes. We had a serious leak in our coils. He did a quick patch and a pound of Freon to get us through the night. The next day Commander was out first thing that morning and we had a whole new unit put in. It has amazed me at the customer service this company provides. I run my own business and understand the importance of customer service and quality work, and this business has went above and beyond to help me and my family, like I believe they would for anybody. I highly recommend them.

We had a full AC replacement and new ductwork done with air command. I cannot speak highly enough about the professionalism of this company! From the time they came out and quoted the job to the full install just a week later, they were prompt and just wanted to get the job done. Air command has always gotten to us the same business day for all of our emergency hvac needs. I had them re-wrap my duct work. I noticed a few pieces had fallen down a few weeks later. Contacted the owner and they were back out that day and fixed the issue at no charge with a smile. They fought the manufacturer and got parts under warranty. Couldn’t be happier with the 4 or 5 times I’ve had them out. 5 stars.
