This place is a SCAM and do NOT park here!!!!!

I stayed at the Marriott next door and their website recommend to park here (which I will file a complaint to Marriott not to recommend on their website). An overnight parking is supposed to be $22 but what you end up paying is about $60!!!!!!!! As instructed, you park, scan, credit card, and end session when done. Well as you can see in the 2 transactions, it automatically processed $22.49 then $37.49.

I parked on 2/10 @ 4:27PM, then it automatically ended my session middle of the night on 2/11 @ 1:38AM. When I got to my car to leave around 11AM, I noticed my session ended and saw a charge for $22.49 which I thought was expected for overnight parking but found it strange it automatically ended my session since I did not do it. Then I received a text notification that there was a charge of $37.49. I was there less than 24 hrs and 1 overnight, which cost me $60 between 2 charges. This is horrible, and I do not recommend parking here, which I will notify the hotel not to recommend their customers there based on this.

DO NOT PARK OVERNIGHT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Underground parking near the convention center. A little bit of a walk but convenient. Nonetheless. I don't think there's security monitoring the cars here but my car today stayed safe and if it was raining or snowing it would have been out of the weather. I'm very pleased. TY 🙏

Bought parking passes here through the app recommended by CFG Arena. Got there an hour before the start of the concert and the lot was completely full. Saw many more people who also had reservations that had to go find parking at the last minute and pay day of rates. There was no one monitoring and no gates or anything to stop people who hadn't paid ahead from filling up spaces that should have been reserved.

If there's multiple things going on , they will overbook, and you will most likely get blocked in. No one there to help you. Call , email nothing. Cops wouldn't do anything either. Sat there for hours waiting to get out. Never again

Ridiculously high rate that is deceptively hidden until just before the purchase button and only shows when you hit the drop down menu unlike other lots that prominently display their rates both physically and digitally. Customer service was useless as they requested info and then disappeared for days only to say that they cannot help due to a rate at an entirely different lot which leads me to believe that they didn't actually read my initial submission. I will happily avoid their lots in the future and encourage everyone else to do the same starting with this review

Doesn't advertise rates. Just has QR codes in parking garages with no internet. No initial instructions advertised. Didn't know I had to begin the rental once I parked. Came back to the car two hours later and had a parking violation for 60$ on a 3$ parking fee, that I couldn't even view until I was halfway out of Delaware. They don't respond to inquiries, either.
