Gonna need xray on my elbow my ride couldn't make it up the hill due to lack of driveway grooming and when I tried to walk out to it the entire drive is inches of wet snow sliding on the ice that had been building since the first snowflake . every year nothing is done to remove snow here until someone has fallen and complained .. When you manage a packed trailer court on a steep hill you need consistent snow removal or gravel spread or atleast have the decency to phone the tenants and warn them to stay inside until spring because in all of kodiak alaska with all the plow equipment you still aren't going to spend the money to keep us safe

We were searching for a decent place to live in Kodiak and on a tight budget. Our visit was unexpected. We wanted to move into a place ASAP.
They were able to reach out to other realtors who happened to have a great 1bd. for us. It was inexpensive and we moved in within 4 days!
