There was a miscommunication with a recent order I made with Baker Sign company. Upon realizing the issue, they sprang into action and have worked hard to remedy the situation. Communication issues in business sometimes occur. This is where customer service begins. They have shown that they will work hard to remedy the situation and make it right. Great customer service. Looking forward to the finished product from Baker!

Bret was very quick to get measurements & tell me what was needed to be done to replace the old sign & accomidate what I wanted with the new sign. Baker Signs was there removing another sign on another business next to mine. So i walked out & asked them to give me a bid. Bret & his guys were happy to help & do additional work beyond what they had originally showed up to do. Bret called me the next day with a price quote.

The following week I met with Brian at the office. I had got stuck in a wreck/traffic & was 30 min late. Brian was still happy to meet with me & understood life happens. Which I greatly appreciated, given I only have 1 business day availabile to do my business errands. Brian was great. I told him the font, how I wanted the sign laid out & I knew what artwork I wanted. But didn’t know the name of it. Brian took time to explain the grafic program used to customize my artwork. Kindly & paitently waited while I signed up for the artwork app & grafic site. Brian matched the color of my sign to a picture of the paint in my salon. Brian was very helpful & patiently work side by side with me. Brian asked, listened, heard me, gave suggestion to improve my idea & totally made it “POP”! It was great & fun getting to work with Brian side by side & design my new sign. Resulting in having my dreams & visions in my head truly come to life!!!

Bret arrived just as we were finishing up to pick up Brian & head out to another job where other customers were waiting. Given I was 30 min late for my appointment with them. This did throw them off 15 min. But they were both understanding & happy to finish with me before heading out.

Bret explained the lighting needed to upgrade my 20 year old sign. Showed me the newest & latest technology for signs, which was cool. Bret gave me options then suggestions & let me decide. Based on my budget. Bret explained 1/2 down was required to purchase the supplies needed for my sign. Which I totally understood.

We tentatively planned for the end of next week for installation. They did already have multiple jobs they’d committed to prior to mine & I completely understood this. Since my schedule is 3-4 wks booked out too. I made it clear if it put them over obligated w other jobs & the holidays the following week would be perfect too. Since I’ve waited a year to replace the old sign. A week more would not matter that much.

The following Friday Brian was waiting at my salon to show me a vinyl print out & make sure I loved it before having the big sign made. I was so happy it totally made my day.

The following Tuesday (day after Christmas) Bret called me (I was home sick w bronchitis/pneumonia & no voice) to let me know my sign was finished. Bret was understanding of me being so sick. He was NOT rude or pushy at all to collect the balance of payment, he kindly said “get better & when you’re back at the salon just call us with payment or drop off a check.” It meant a lot to me that my health & well being was more important to Bret who barely knows me, than collecting immediate payment.
I called the following week when I returned to work, apologizing for my delay. Bret had explained to Brian that I had been sick & Brian remembered when I called to pay them. Brian even said “I’m glad your feeling better.”

Acknowledgment, listening, understanding, kindness, communication & compassion go a long way in doing business with the public. Bret & Brian are both all of these & much more. They’re very down to earth, kind, fun & professional to work with also! They are fast, efficient & great to work with!!!! I recommend them to everyone for ALL signage needs!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I waited over 10 months for a product to be completed. The communication was awful at best. The product was made incorrectly and then installed with a defect. There was no remorse or accountability on their part. In 25 years in business they are by far one of the top worst costumer service experiences I have ever had.

DO NOT RECOMMEND if you want friendly and timely service. STEER CLEAR!!

Baker does amazing work! We have learned the ins and outs of the business from the best of the best, Keith Baker. We take on his work ethic and his knowledge in every sign that we do. Companies from all over the country trust us with their services and installs. We are family owned and treat all of our employees as such. It's a shame that disgruntled ex employees and their family members leave bad reviews on this business, but our quality of work and amazing customer service will always show.

I love this place! They use the best quality of product and always provide services as soon as I need them. If my sign breaks or a light burns out they are out the next day to fix it. They are family owned so it's nice to know I'm supporting a local small business. They're knowledge of Signs goes back generations and that means a lot to me. Thanks for all you do Baker Signs!
