Two days in a row the guy at the trash and recycling lot in the back has been exceedingly rude to me and other customers. He was in my and another ladies face, literally, and yanking trash itema from out hands. I felt like I could be beaten up or thrown into the trash at any moment. He gets really angry when anyone asks a question. Been going here for over 10 years, but will not return for fear of my life.

I BELIEVE! I dreaded being sent to this location in the past. Backups onto the street, confusion on lot, wait times, errant closures.
NOW it is clean, organized, efficient, and quick. It was a good trip to the dump!

They don’t take anything. We brought pallets which are literally just wood and they don’t take them. Yet they take any kind of wooden furniture. We asked if we could drop off the stuff that wasn’t pallets and they said no. Everytime we go here to try to keep our Baltimore streets clean we can’t drop something off. If you’re gonna be a transfer station you should take things like pallets. Just be weary they don’t take much. The workers are also very rude. The last time we were moving up to talk to the guy and he tried to lecture us on what a stop sign was an how we needed to listen to him when he said stop. This place is not it.

Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient! Depending on which location you go to, you will find that certain vehicles are not allowed. Be prepared to make calls and do your homework by calling 311 to find out exactly what is accepted where.
