Unauthorized changes were made to my child's account. I called hoping to have this resolved. I was on hold for almost 2 hours with only 4 callers ahead of me. As an adult I expect clear communication and respectful service. Ultimately, I was met with unprofessionalism and disrespect from the representative, who refused to listen to my concerns suggested I reach out to the school without providing any explanation for the unauthorized changes. I urge for them to improve their communication and customer service protocol to prevent others from experiencing similar issues.

Every single time I've gone to the school board in the last year it's been atrocious. I've been given the run around. No one knows, no one is accountable, you get shuffled around from office to office to have nothing resolved. It's unfortunate. It's disheartening. Baltimore City schools needs to do better.

I've called on 3 different days at different times and can never get through. Extremely long hold times even if there's only 1 person or no people ahead of you in the que.

I'm trying to get information regarding my daughters enrollment, waited on hold for an hour. Finally hung up and went to the office which is 20 minutes from my house to find out they are not even open on Thursdays. Its now Monday and there are 52 callers in line. This is run horribly and am very unhappy with the lack of information I am able to obtain regarding my daughters education. Completely unacceptable I cant believe we pay taxes for this.

Their badge machine is always broken. I am on my third trip over to get a badge. When you go to take care of any business they give you attitude.
Finger printing was smooth because they are eager to take your money. After that they don’t care. They don’t like to deliver services just like to get paid. I am quite livid.

If I could give zero stars I would. My time with North Ave was dreadful the professionalism was non existing. When I contacted North Ave in July for transfer information it took them until August 15th to get back to me there was a whole month with them giving me the same "talk to this line of service" I waited on the phone for over 6 hours talking to different people on different days. I eventually got fed up and went in person the service was just as awful as it was on the phone I honestly just wanted my daughter to have a smooth transfer not only was I lied to by these people saying they sent my daughters information over but I had to find out by the actual school I wanted to transfer her to that they sent nothing over when I asked to speak to the head of the office I was told me they couldn't because they would have to troubleshoot them. never in my 37 years of living have I experienced something like this. I not only wasted my time, but I also missed out on money because I called out of work to go IN person because the service on the phone was horrible but I got the same bad service when I talked to them earlier today they said they would not send my daughters information over because they want the school to say they want my daughter to go. This was the worst I've been treated by customer service.

Waiting room space was a size of a cattle car. Who thinks of this protocol. Only one door open for entry. PATHETIC
