I have not been able to contact them in months to solve issues with products purchased. It’s very hard to get them to respond to you at all. I purchased a $900 canopy that didn’t even last 6 months! And I can’t get answers!

I had a graduation sign made for my high school graduate 2020. The company was very quick (1 day service) to get the sign completed. Signs are double sided. My grandson loves it!!
