Having had a positive experience here previously, this was my go to choice for machine work. Now, not so much.
This time I left with the same feeling as when leaving a fast food restaurant where an arrogant, insolent person conveys he hates his job. I'd just as soon keep my money and do without the repair I thought I needed. Afterwards, going to two other shops in the area I found two helpful shops who worked to solve my issue, and whose comments reinforced that my bad experience was not unique.
