Michael McLean was very professional and patient. Rapport was excellent and I felt like I was truly talking to somebody that cared. Lauren was very professional and very thorough with explaining the clean energy source plan. Lauren has exceptional social skills she kept the conversation smooth and ongoing kept me in-tune and focused I didn’t loose interest at all. Also not to mention Lauren was out here in the pouring rain and you wouldn’t have been able to tell because she still had a smile on her face and looking truly happy to be doing her Job. She was very patient with us while we were looking for our electric bill. Overall it was a great experience she was wonderful and very sweet.Thank you Lauren!

Andrew Utterback was so pleasant to deal with, he made the process seamless, helping me every step of the way, he answered all my questions and concerns. So nice to deal with someone who is knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. Such a nice guy. Let's hope going green works out, because I can't deal with PSE&G and my outrageous energy bills. Nicholas was very professional and patient, he also had a young female with him who was just so sweet as well. They waited outside in 90 degree weather waiting for me to find my electric bill while my 3 children ran around screaming. They were extremely informative and very respectful. I would also like to add that I really respected the fact that they kept an appropriate distance and their mask stayed on the entire time. I have three young children so the safety precautions really made me happy.
