I have had both Mike and Tim come to work on my garage door. Both called ahead and arrived on time. Both are incredibly knowledgeable (the first time, I had a VERY unusual problem, which Mike identified immediately) and when Tim replaced my garage door opener, he went over all the features and things I needed to know—very comprehensively. I just can’t imagine a company being any better! Highly recommend!

I contacted Blue Ridge Doors about a problem I was having with the remote controls on my garage doors. They had been responding more slowly and then just stopped working altogether. A technician, Tim, came out to examine the problem. I had not needed service on the garage doors before so did not have a go to company. I found Blue Ridge from looking online and am very glad I did. Tim quickly diagnosed the problem. I needed new motors/operators as well as remotes. I was scheduled for service a few days out. Tim was punctual, efficient and professional. He explained the work to me and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with my experience with Blue Ridge Doors and would definitely use them again. Thank you Tim!!
