I had a somewhat rushed order for a bigger picture for senior night, Bowen Printing was quick to respond to my emails and actually it was my fault that it was rushed bc I was the one that didn’t respond in a timely manner. They still got the order completed on time for the event. They also had printed some smaller pics that I didn’t order (which in reality is also my fault bc as usual, I am always rushing and I didn’t give the details on what exactly I wanted and the quantity I only sent a pic and an example) but they gave the extras to me, which now I feel bad I should have just paid for them. The entire encounter was short and sweet and I am extremely appreciative for their business. It’s this type of kindness, courtesy and respect that helps me keep hope in good people and businesses! Might seem simple to others but it meant a lot to me. Thank you! …. Oh and ofcourse the items looked great!

Friendly people. We had a bit of a miscommunication that threw a wrench in things. Requested 125 menus laminated, plus two copies at 200% size to display in the menu boards outside.

Received 35 laminated menus, 90 menus that weren't laminated, and zero large copies to display. Apparently, they had run out of lamination sheets and hadn't checked their supply before agreeing to do our order. I didn't get an explanation for the missing larger menus.

Really, I wish I could give 4.5 stars, but again, they were very friendly, which helped the situation.
