I did not have a good experience working with Zahra and Brand Author. It is the most expensive mistake I have made with my business to date. I had to start my rebrand with another company after Zahra pulled the plug on my project days after receiving half of my full payment and after I expressed communication concerns about my package.
Starting over left me out both time and money, as well as, some missed opportunities. At the end of the day, the switch was a blessing in disguise and I am happy with my rebrand.
