We're a small B2B business. We received an unsolicited email from Olivia saying how Brandetize had helped a company just like ours grow to a $6m business - and we fell for it. First and last spam email we'll respond to.

We did a strategic review with Robert last July and signed an agreement for marketing services in August. The goal was to generate inbound leads at a rate of 2,000 a month by April 2023. Brandetize came up with the strategy to do that - they told us they needed to create our ideal client avatars, we needed an updated website and so on - which they did and we paid for. We did everything they told us. There were delays on delivery of three pages for the website and more delays integrating with our Microsoft CRM - but we cut them some slack.

But then we had everything in place and - nothing. The paid ads they produced cost us plenty but produced NOT ONE qualified lead. We've actually had less enquiries via our website than when before we got involved with Brandetize. Robert's response to this stunning lack of performance wasn't - we recognize you've spent $80k with us and got nothing, we'll make this right - instead it was to tell us he'd release us from our contract.

I hope by writing this I can save another small business from maxing out its credit cards chasing the empty dream we were sold by Brandetize.

PS - two stars because our Project Manager was fabulous! Ineffective, it turns out, but a pleasure to work with.
