We have been a customer for over 6 years and will more than likely be forever. They are not just responsive to handle any support issues but will go above and beyond to help a small business like mine go through the set up when we run into technical issues. Rarely have issues with our streaming service and if there is an issue, they waste little time to tackle the cause and fix it. I probably spoke to every single team member or interacted with them in some way and they have always stayed steady in their professionalism and kindness. Would recommend to anyone or any company that needs to stream their cameras to the world!

There is a saying that goes somewhat like this. While things may work in the rest of the world, they fail in Taos. Having grown up in Taos in the 60s and 70s and in then for 10 years after 2010, I can personally attest to that saying. But....Brownrice is not only the exception to this but really a juxtaposition to being in Taos at all. Their level of expertise and customer service is something I would expect to get in Silicon Valley, not Taos. Top Notch Company. Bravo Brownrice.

The tech support at Brownrice is beyond amazing. We had some trouble configuring a camera, and my emails to the crew at Brownrice were answered quickly and with just the right information we needed -- and this was during the weekend! Even after we got the camera online with their help, they continued to fiddle with the settings on their own to get the best possible feed. By Monday morning everything was working perfectly. And this wasn't the first time they've come to our rescue -- their tech support and customer service is consistently first rate.

Have been hosting webcams with them for 6+ years and my website and email for the last year. They're VERY responsive (even through chat) and go above and beyond when you need help. They recently saved me hours of troubleshooting by walking me through a simple fix that was an issue with a third party application. It wasn't their fault or their issue and they helped me anyway. Fantastic service!

Have been a Brown Rice customer for many years now. Have two web sites and a dedicated server with them. They are always available and have helped me more times than I can remember. Brown Rice has wonderful customer service and I have no problem reaching out them in times of need or just questions about my web sites or hosting. Highly recommend! A++

The only hosting company I've ever worked with to go to such great lengths to help their clients. Restoring databases to solve malware issues. Recovering backups after a crash. Affordable too. And the customer service has been one on one, timely, and native English. Can't recommend enough!

Best hosting company out there, no question - and I have used all of them over the years. Not only do I have standard websites hosted with Brownrice, we are also using a dedicated VPS for a special-use project that requires high throughput and real-time data transfer to remote clients. It's safe to say that Brownrice's servers are the most reliable part of the equation, even under load. And you can't beat the customer service, second to none.

A couple of years ago I installed a birdbox camera. I wanted to stream it live on my blog (and to other people generally). I'm in the UK, so I chose a provider in Europe. They were awful - the service was up and down, they had strict bandwidth limits, and support didn't actually try to support. I found Brownrice while I was looking for an alternative, and made a few enquiries because I was worried about using a host that was on another continent. I tested it, signed up (it's actually cheaper than what I'd tried before), and in the year or more I have been with them there has been no downtime other than for me having to reboot my camera periodically (and I do that when I can't see it on my local network, which is nothing to do with Brownrice). Support was actually helpful while I was setting things up, and unlike my previous experience, didn't come back with 'we don't support your camera resolution'. Since the initial set up, I haven't had any need to contact them. The dashboard provides a lot of features way beyond what I had before. It just works, and faultlessly as far as I can see. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
