Beautiful place to stop off and take a nice little hike along the river. I didn't get in the water more than just my fingertips, but I really enjoyed hiking around and exploring the area. There's some spots where you can hop out across the rocks to get further into the river, as well as a couple of waterfalls and pedestrian bridges. Picked this place to stop on a whim and was not disappointed.

This was a great hike. My family of 5 did great on 2 trails, one moderate and one easy right next to the Arkansas. Amazing views!

Was here in June. The water was moving fast but the weather was perfect. Mountains still had snow on the tops and shops all within walking distance from the park with plenty of parking. Camping sites also available.

Beautiful section of Browns Canyon and fun little play pockets. Unfortunately the water was a bit low and struggle to make it over sections farther up river

We went for a walk on the trail, and it wasn't as bad as I thought some places were a little bit more inclined, but the view was gorgeous. Most DEFINITELY would do it again. Give it a shot, and you won't regret it!!! 😉

Great park to see the Arkansas River and to walk around in. Great trails, clean, nice views, and a good amount of amenities near and in the park. Worth a stop on the east side of downtown Buena Vista.
