I was having an issue with my Insurance Company and could not get answers. I contacted Burton & Company through email, and in less than an hour I recieved a response from Kathy Lawson. She was very kind and professional and assured me she would work to get the problem resolved. In less than 24 hours she had done exactly what she promised, the issue was addressed and and resolved. It is great to know that when you contact Burton & Company that they are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and they work very hard to resolve any issues you may be having. I'm very thankful for Burton & Company and their awesome staff.
