We had an ultra good breakfast here on a Saturday morning. No wait (but fairly busy), good seating inside. The inside dining area is well decorated and had a house music playing in the background.

Good service, fun menu, good drinks in a nice atmosphere.

We got the deviled egg plate....it was go good. I could have eaten a dozen....the cinnamon roll was pretty wild too. It kinda had a croissant vibe going on.

We got waffles and pancakes with fruit for the kids. Standard stuff, the boys crushed it.

I got the ham/cheddar omelette with heirloom tomatoes, my wife got the breakfast chicken enchiladas. Both were really good.

We had a few cocktails, and a coffee. Thoroughly enjoyed the food and the experience.

This place deserves 5 stars!

Good food and cocktails at affordable prices! Every other day, they have different discounts on different items. When we were there, tacos were for three dollars! Also, they had a good deal for one of their cocktails!

It’s in the middle of the city, and they have a very nice terrace to chill on!

Definitely and highly recommended!

Absolutely loved it. Great vibes, especially upstairs: fun, airy, flowing indoor/outdoor space--fills up quickly. Restaurant outdoor street seating very nice, casual indoor dining. Great slice of Austin and downtown all in one.

My wife and I came for Sunday brunch. For some reason, I thought the menu had steak & eggs, but alas, it didn’t. I got a much lighter spinach & feta egg white omelette instead, and it was pretty tasty and fresh. The breakfast potatoes had a nice soft inside, but I wished the outside was a bit more crispy (my taste). My wife’s pancakes were particularly fluffy and well prepared. Definitely generous portions.

Absolutely Amazing Brunch Experience!

The food was absolutely amazing—everything was cooked to perfection, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and incredible flavors. Each dish was well-balanced, beautifully presented, and just the right portion size.

Beyond the food, the atmosphere was perfect—warm, inviting, and the ideal spot to enjoy a relaxing brunch. The service was equally impressive, with a friendly and attentive staff that made sure everything was just right.

If you're looking for a top-tier brunch spot, this is definitely the place to go! Highly recommend and will absolutely be returning.

We came to Austin for two days, and I chose interesting places based on reviews. That’s how I found this restaurant. Overall, it’s not bad, but I personally expected more. The atmosphere is great, though it was quite crowded. They found us a table quickly and provided a high chair for our child, which was nice.

As for the food, the selection is rather small, but they do have a kids’ menu. The cocktails were tasty, and I really liked the kids’ burger. However, the $30 price for the salmon felt a bit high, and I wasn’t as impressed with it.

A Breakfast Worth Building an Empire On

Walking into Caroline felt like stumbling upon a secret weapon—unassuming, but packing serious firepower where it counts: the plate.

We kicked things off with the huevos rancheros, and they absolutely delivered. Perfectly runny eggs, a salsa that brought the right kind of heat, and tortillas that nailed that crisp-yet-tender balance—this dish didn’t just show up, it showed off.

The waffles? Cooked to absolute perfection. Golden, fluffy, and subtly crisp on the edges—so good they could easily hold their own as the star of the show.

Then came the Sweet Corn Cake Benedict. Not your standard eggs Benny—there was no hollandaise in sight. Instead, we got a bold, creative spin anchored by a sweet corn cake. Unexpected? Yes. Impressive? Absolutely. It was a refreshing pivot from tradition—and it worked.

Now the bacon—while not crispy—was a decadent standout. Slightly sweet, rich, and melt-in-your-mouth. It wasn’t trying to be your average diner side; this was bacon with a plan, and it executed flawlessly.

Caroline isn’t just making breakfast—they’re rewriting the playbook. And if you’re someone who values creativity, quality, and the kind of attention to detail that builds empires, this place is worth a permanent spot in your morning routine.

The ambiance was pleasant as we sat outside and people watched, but the food was lacking. Specifically, I ordered a veggie bacon BLT sandwich that came with 2 pieces of wilted lettuce, 2 soggy tomato slices, one eggplant bacon. The flavor would have been nice enough but this serving was unacceptable. We spoke to the manager who said that is what it was supposed to be like, but ended up removing most of the cost of the sandwich. No apologies or concern for what was presented. With so many great food choices in Austin, I'll avoid it next time I'm there to visit.
