Ordered breakfast earlier today and I left out of the drive thru and pulled into a parking spot because something told me to check my food… last time I went to this location, they didn’t give me my tenders that I ordered and even I tried calling, no one answered… I don’t live here and was headed back home. Turns out they got one of my breakfast orders wrong, so I got back in the line, just for them to tell me that they stopped selling breakfast and were unable to fix THEIR mistake. I was told that I’d either have to get a refund or get a lunch item… so, I got a spicy chicken sandwich to go with my other breakfast items. They need to do better… 😒

Easily the worst location in town. Their favorite thing to do is bag up to-go orders, then stand around and leave the food sitting on the counter for 5 minutes or more while it gets cold, instead of actually bringing them over to customers once they’re ready. No other location does this. I don’t understand it.
Not to mention, I’ve walked in and heard the staff making fun of my name to other customers. Really unprofessional.

Service was fine, dining room and bathroom were both a bit dirty. The food, however, was an epic failure. See attached pictures. These 3 teeny tiny chicken slivers (I can't even call them tenders) cost me $10. It's absolutely ridiculous.

Ridiculously over cooked and dry nuggets. Cold fries. Watered down drinks. Sucks to spend $40 on food that you and your family won’t eat. Should’ve checked it before I left. I would’ve just asked for a refund. Food is usually good at this location so I’m not sure what was going on this evening for it to just be so awful.

What can I say!! The food is "always" hot and delicious! Even though sometimes the lines are long, that's because almost everyone loves Chick-fil-A. The service is fast, and the waiters are friendly.

i went here this morning and ordered 12 piece nugget combo and my son ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo after waiting 15 minutes the older woman brought the nugget combo out but no sandwich combo , we had our drinks so i went back to the counter and told the cashier and the manager got his ass on his shoulders. saying that the combo was on the platter, but it was not this is not the first time i got shorted , but donot worry i will not be back!

Why do these people specifically ask if you want condiments only to not give you the condiments you ask for. If I tell you I want x# ketchup, x# mayo etc. then that is what I need to enjoy what I ordered. If you are not going to give me the condiments I told you I need, don’t ask me or either tell me up front. I’d rather get food somewhere else than find out down the road I don’t have what I asked for to enjoy my meal. Am I being petty, yes. Does this happen at Chic-fil-a ALL THE TIME, YES. AM I going to quality check my back in your drive thru, NO!

I was so disappointed my dad never gets out of the house. He had a doctors appointment in Tallahassee. We live an hour away in a small coastal town and he always looks forward to going to Chick-fil-A and the food was cold and the service was awful and my mom has dementia and she was with us and we couldn’t just turn around and get back out and all that traffic. We needed to get her home. This location is by far the worst this is not the first time it’s the second time.
