Brandon has acquainted me with Verizon’s services. He has proved to be very knowledgeable, competent, friendly, and warm. These first two qualities were evident as he provided an order summary, and a few days later, when he helped me to add the DVR to my Verizon package. Today, in a further effort to reduce my overall costs, he inquired about my cellphone service provider. Throughout these interactions, Brandon has projected his warm, friendly demeanor. He is an excellent Verizon representative!

I would like to give a huge shout out to Chris, the Verizon Rep that I dealt with earlier this week. Firstly, his presentation to me was thorough and convincing. So convincing in fact that I did something I NEVER do, I placed an order to change my service on the spot.
I’m going to fast forward to the part where I decided to cancel the order and to stay with my current supplier.
A true test of one’s integrity is how you react when things don’t go how you want them to go. Chris was incredibly gracious and respectful of my decision. He never made me feel uncomfortable or attempted to make me doubt my decision. At the same time, it was obvious that he believed in his product and I told him that I would leave the door open and consider a change at a later date. I would deal with Chris if that happens, without reservation !
