This has been an exceptional experience. I tried several other companies prior and had nothing but problems and even counter productivity. I brought in Nick in to increase my profit margins so I could exit my business. We established a clear plan to build clientele and focus on highest return services with the greatest margins. By doing so we opened up additional bays in our shop and eliminated the more time-consuming jobs. These jobs were previously keeping our guys busy but not bringing in the most profit. By opening the additional bay to allow more services I saw an immediate 11.7% increase in revenue by focusing on specific services.
The advertising results via Facebook were phenomenal and allowed us to fill our shop daily to near capacity. When we sold the business, we were running around 92% of optimal capacity for the number of employees we had and the typed of services we were offering.
Nicks ability to help set us appointments helped to give us a clear picture each day into what would be needed for the following day.
About a year ago, before Nick’s help, we almost closed our doors. I write this review having sold my business last month (August 2020) for 5x my initial investment from 5 years ago.
