I do Not recommend this company. I unfortunately am strapped in because nobody else services my area. And because of that, they get in NO HURRY to fix outages! Several times I call during business hours to report outage and get told they won't be in our area for a day or so.......? Usually never a credit to bill..... currently having outage in Indiana from Decatur to Portland. I'd think they would want to get that fixed..... Not to mention the tower is literally right across the road frim me....

Absolute trash company with trash service. 2+ hour wait times for technical help. Who has that kind of time? Went 2 years paying for 100mbs download, got anywhere from 6-67 actual. They came in yesterday with new and improved service shows 247 mbs download. The technician leaves and now it's at 88mbs.

Overall great things are happening with this company. We had a rough patch around Christmas 2022 but they did figure out the issue and compensated us for the partial disruption in service. The fault in the end was split between 2 parties. Doug is great to work with.

Working with CFS has proven to be a *great* experience. I got 50MB fiber service to my home in November 2019 to get off of CenturyLink DSL for not much more than I was paying for my 6MB DSL. Wow! What a world of difference! The connection has proven to be rock solid and is something I no longer even think about. It just works. While on DSL I had 3-4 outages a week and was constantly resetting my modem. The move to CFS became critical months later when my college student was forced to move back home due to the virus and complete his classes online. He is able to teleconference with his professors and classmates without so much as a hiccup. I honestly don't know what I would have done without CFS. Highly recommended. Sign up - you won't regret it!

Worst internet service ever. Horrible download speed and absolutely no upload speeds. Supposedly able to get 50 megabytes of both and don't even get 0.1. Have had the service installed for well over a year and they have yet to burry the cable even after being told a hundred times that it would get done soon. Constant of 2 weeks wait times on service calls and they always say there is nothing the can do. Don't see how they are in business.

Tried for two days to get someone to answer the phone. Finally drove to Portland to the business. Asked if we had an outage. Yes they are working on it. Asked if they could notify me via email or text when it is up again. He states you'll know it is up when it starts working. Duh.. No people skills. Several cars in the parking lot. Yet nobody ever answers the phone.

Love Community Fiber Solutions! The speed of the internet is blazing fast and the Service is great. Having relocated from the East coast, I thought I'd be giving up speedy internet. Boy was I wrong! CFS Fiber Optic cable just blows Comcast speeds out of the water and is much more reasonable. Mark Haas was great in setting up my account and the one "glitch" I've had (self induced) was taken care of in less than 24 hours.

Doesn't offer internet for most of the area and hasn't seen increases in coverage for years. No clear pricing and poor customer service that usually pushes you to theirparent company. Overall a waste of the funds they were provided from the community for lackluster service and failure to provide on promises made SEVERAL years ago. They need to clearout and move back to where they came and stop playing at ISPs.
