Cannot go wrong if you are looking for an LED sign that is bright and vivid. They were very timely and stuck to the schedule that was given at the beginning.
The Project Manager was a joy to work with and was always available to discuss questions about the sign.
Being able to have cloud based software, software training for life as well as a 5 year warranty were three factors that led me to use Complete Signs as our preferred sign vendor.
Bottom line is that I was not "surprised" during the time I was working with them.

2/8/2022 - Please do your due diligence before hiring this company. This company was paid in full from the finance company Ascentium (which should have only paid them 50% as the initial down payment) to design and install digital signage on our property. We entered into an agreement with them in July of 2021. It’s is now 2/8/2022 and we do not have our signage installed. We have documentation from them confirming payment in full. We have documentation from them confirming the services proposed meets code. But still no sign. Complete Signs would like for us to pay additional costs because the signage they said meets code does not meet code.
This company is a complete joke.
STEER CLEAR of Justin, Brian and this entire company…
We are preparing for a class action lawsuit. If you had a similar experience please speak up. A private forum will be created soon with additional information and opportunity to be included in the lawsuit.
