We trusted CoreTrex to help launch our Amazon store, but they failed at every step. Promised digital assets and listing images? Never delivered. They ran PPC campaigns without even optimizing the listing first, burning money on unprepared ads. Errors filled our listings, and when we asked them to fix it, they showed zero urgency. After my business partner left a review, they even tried to bribe us into silence...wondering how many people did take the money and did delete their review.... shame.

CoreTrex is not a trustworthy partner. Avoid at all costs.

CoreTrex has proven itself to be not only an outright disaster but a fundamental failure in every conceivable way. The listings they created for our Amazon store were so catastrophically flawed that we are still, to this day, untangling the mess they left behind. Hours upon hours of rework have been required just to undo the damage they inflicted upon our brand.

This isn’t just a simple case of incompetence; no, what we’ve experienced is a monumental failure at every level—strategic, operational, and ethical. It’s glaringly obvious that much of the work was outsourced to foreign contractors, with little oversight or quality control. The work bears the unmistakable fingerprints of outsourced labor from countries like the Philippines, where cost-cutting takes priority over skill or precision.

They market themselves as experts in the Amazon space, yet they lack even the most basic understanding of how to craft a proper listing, let alone a winning strategy.

I hate to be petty, but ethically I believe the correct thing to do is warn people to not use this company... If you want receipts... I can post screenshots of the work they did.

Would give negative 10 stars if possible. We hired CoreTrex to help our brand on Amazon. They promised results. Their contract talked about all the extraordinary things they will do to help our brand develop and grow on Amazon. We paid them between 8-10k to get a listing for Magnesium Glycinate that was worse than any of our competitors. They will fall in the category of digital marketing companies that will talk about offering the world, take your money, and provide no results. They are happy to talk about all the results, features, and functions they will offer you...beware. They will provide no real results. You are better off taking a udemy course. You will do more for your company spending $40 on a Udemy course than paying their $3,400 a month.
