My first experience was 5 star, when I purchased a 3 foot quarter circle window. My last experience was a 1, I purchased 3, 36-inch double pane replacement panels. When I picked them up, they were taped, wrapped together, so I didn't check them individually. When I was installing them, the one in the middle was cracked. I notified them when I went back to talk about gutters. I had them give me a price for gutters with leaf guards. When I went back to pay half the total, ( have to pay 50% for them to order materials). The order was not correct, but the owner said he would type up a correct order and send it to me. Instead of me waiting a few days for the corrected order, I paid the 50%. After the work was completed several months later, I was presented a bill that was almost $1800.00 more than the agreed amount. The company is owned by 2 brothers. Every time I went by or called, it was I will have to talk to my brother. This went on for start to finish more than a year. I went by the last time about my paid in full receipt, I was told that if I would pay 200 plus dollars, that the account would be paid in full. I paid it just to settle the account, although I didn't owe it. I got my paid in full receipt but never received my replacement for the broken window. The only reason I gave 2 stars is for the good work performed by the men that installed the gutters otherwise it would be one. I don't know if it's because of my 77 years of age, but 3 different companies have tried to take advantage of me and my wife the past few years. They succeed in amounts that cost us, the lowest near 500 and the highest 2,000.00, but they tried to get much more. I admit that I was taken for a few thousand dollars by some companies. Buy individuals lying about an automobile that I ordered from a GM dealer in Birmingham that cost us 2K to get the one I ask for to start with. When you say with every safety feature available, then you get the call to go pick it up before closing on a Saturday. We were told that it had everything we wanted, Being trusting people, we took possession without checking. That was on Saturday, but Monday morning, we were back. We were told that they could get the car, but because of the extra work they did, it would be 2K more, so we wrote a check for 2 thousand more. Or never getting the replacement glass for a broke glass in an order I purchased. This is very long, but I say this never, buy a pig in a poke. Sad to say, but there's lots of unscrupulous people who want to take your money.

I was told that a man would come out and measure my doors and never did. I was told the door I ordered would be about $760 installed. A month later the secretary called me and said the door would be $760 if I installed it myself.

I went to Home Depot and spent as much time as I did at Creative Aluminum. I try to support my local business first but apparently they do so well that they do not need my business.

Obviously Creative Aluminum thinks so highly of themselves that they have given themselves at least TWO 5 star ratings. Look at the reviews and you'll see that two of the reviewers that gave 5 stars has only ever given one review..... the only reviews they've ever given was to Creative Aluminum.

My husband and I recently purchased an older home in July of this year. We immediately knew that we wanted to replace the windows and knew that it would be a big expense. After researching window companies, receiving various quotes, and a referral from family members, we decided to use Creative Aluminum. Windows were measured within a matter of days and we had 15 new windows in 2 and a half months. We were especially pleased with the timing, considering Covid has slowed production and shipping of nearly everything. The installation process was more than professional. These men were friendly, extremely considerate of my mother who is a night time nurse and was resting during the day, got the job done in a timely manner, and overall made our new home look and feel more inviting. We are so pleased with this company and the wonderful job they did. We would highly recommended Creative Aluminum for anyone looking for window replacement.
