Creative Design was recommended to us and unfortunately we did not have a good experience. We worked with Pete and he was great, but unfortunately he is no longer with the company. Initially we were happy with our cabinets. However, we were told that our cabinets came with a life time guarantee. Don't believe the company when they tell you this. A couple of our drawers no longer close well and we have a few small cabinet cracks. We could live with the cracks, but the malfunctioning drawers are upsetting. We called the company many times and they sent someone out to fix the problem. He told us that the drawer needed a replacement part and it would be ordered. He told us he would come back and fix the drawer when the part came in. I called almost monthly for about 6 months and the nice woman answering the phone kept giving me the run around. I finally read between the lines and realized they had no intention of fixing the drawer. I asked to speak with the owner and he never called me back. I recommend you save yourself the grief and look for another cabinet design company. This is an expensive project and you want to engage a company that you can trust will fulfill its commitments to you.

We have used Creative Design on three separate occasions. Their work is excellent and the projects they handled for us were on-time and within our budget. When we began all of the projects we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted but Glen offered some other possibilities that worked out better for us. There was no 'sales' pressure, just some excellent suggestions. Whenever we had an issue either during or after the project they were resolved in a timely manner by Creative employees. We would definitely use Creative Design in the future and certainly recommend them. Thank you Glen and Creative staff.
