Disappointing that quoted timelines were not even close. Communication also has been minimal and no explanation as to why the delays. This was a large part of our advertising budget on tables with an expectation of a Spring / Summer 2024 restaurant installation. It's now end of October and our season is finished, still no tables. As a small business with a limited advertising budget, this was a disappointment (& absolutely no benefit to our 2024 season whatsoever). Never again!

This has been the worst customer experience I have ever had with a company. Michelle made me feel pressured to sign the contract because she was in such a hurry. $1800, and a year later I haven’t heard any updates on the tables. They were promised for Fall 2023, and they aren’t even close. I reached out recently and Michelle made me feel like I was out of line for asking for an update. And told me that she will no longer communicate with me because of my impatience. I feel bamboozled. 0/5 stars

If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a $1200 tabletop ad from them for a specific restaurant in a specific town in August of 2023. The production date was set for Spring of 2024. I have received an email stating that they did not receive enough sales/interest in that restaurant so they are moving my ad to a different restaurant in a different town where I do not provide my services to. I was not allowed to have any decision in this matter. They said this is what's happening. When I pushed for a refund they said that it was non refundable. They have breached their contract by trying to place in another restaurant due to this reason. They refuse to see this. Please do not give them any of your hard earned money. They are a fraud and are only out for money. Also the phone number listed on Google is a completely different number and the address is in WI but their PO Box is supposedly in Phoenix, AZ. This is sketchy and I repeat do not give them any of your hard earned money.

I own Netties Roadside and I advertised for this company and several of my customers and my own mother paid for advertisement. I was told end of summer which was September 22nd and I still haven't received the new tables. All of my customers are pissed and feel cheated as do I. I have been trying to get into contact with them for the last week and still haven't heard anything back. Terrible terrible company!!

We purchased table tops for two different restaurants.. a year later one is installed finally and other will be two years after original purchase date! Pretty darn slow if you ask me but ready to collect your money!!! Barbara the lady we deal with is the rudest lady I have ever met, if you don’t like your job quit that simple! We were told they would have an event for install At restaurant for sponsorship well 6 months later and that hasn’t happened, Again the worst to ever advertise with

ABSOLUTELY NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER - One star rating is one too many!

This company takes your money and leaves you believing they'll perform, but when things change all bets are off. In January 2022, we paid $1895 for 2 years of restaurant tabletop advertising with a target of "Fall/Winter 2022". The restaurant under contract got sold and new owners didn't want the new tables because old owners reportedly got paid money, so new owners declined to transfer contract upon sale. Per CMS contract, they could choose whatever replacement business they want regardless if we as the customer agree to advertise in new location. The contract offers buyer no safety nets or option to cancel, you're forced to accept whatever changes happen. We decided to request a cancellation/refund and because our contract with CMS was for the original restaurant, but we were promptly told no and referred back to all the one sided protection the CMS contract affords them. In November 2022 we were told via email, "We are not finished with yet but we are very close to it.", which technically means they weren't finished selling for the original restaurant either or things would progress forward. Our definition of "very close to it" is clearly very different, it's now 4 months later and we've heard absolutely nothing since November.

To all doing business with this company in the future, we recommend if you pay for service upfront you make sure the delivery time frame is set in stone, not open-ended, or leaves you with options, like cancelling if performance isn't to your satisfaction. We spent $1895 and haven't received any advertising for 14 months and no word on when/if that will happen. A lot can change in business in 14 months, and has. It's possible some companies may no longer be in business once this type of delayed advertisement comes to fruition. This is a horrible way to run a business and we will never buy into it again..

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BEYOND SLOW!!! We signed up for table top advertisement in August 2021 with Creative Marketing Specialists/Table Tops Media. We made 6 monthly installments of $150 each and were advised in Feb. 2022 installation would be Spring/Summer 2022 and that a networking event would take place after the tables were installed.After 5 follow up emails, I was finally advised in April 2023 that tables installed and go check them out. I will never do business with either of these companies again. VERY DISAPPOINTED 🙁
