I started my custom mouse pad order and received a very quick response. My original documentation was poor quality so a woman named Goldie Powers contacted me regarding this. Most companies would have just printed the image poor quality and all and just sent it since I had already paid for the order. Not custom everything inc! Ms. Powers was so helpful working as the middle man between the design department and I. Since my charts lost quality when I put them into paint she suggested that I just email the charts and have the art team build the design AT NO EXTRA CHARGE!! They sent me several templates until the design was perfect. Once I confirmed the order they were made and shipped in no time. I have not experienced such top notch customer service like this. Goldie was so nice and helpful to work with. They really went above and beyond for me and did not charge any extra for the exceptional service. I would highly recommend Custom Everything!
