I just switched my prescriptions from H+llMart to this CVS and WOW what a difference. The staff was quick and nice 🙂. My husband uses the other CVS up the road off the Parkway and CC and this one is soooooooo much better. The staff at the one located off the Parkway and CC is always rude and act like it's an inconvenience to assist you. He will be moving to this location asap. They also had some amazing deals on everyday items that we picked up. Great job CVS off Magnolia and the Parkway. It's nice to see smiles by people who care.

I always enjoy shopping at CVS! The stores are well-organized, and I can easily find everything I need. The variety of products is fantastic, and I love that I can always rely on high-quality items. I talked to the pharmacist early today regarding my prescription. She told me she would put it through and would be ready for pickup tonight. When I called to check on the status , I was told it was too early and couldn't fill until tomorrow. I have no problem with that , but I don't appreciate being lied to. I've been a loyal customer for over 15 years and don't shop anywhere else. In fact, I could get it for less somewhere else, but I've always had good service there. In closing, I would appreciate better customer service. It used to be when more of the same people worked there and knew me by name. Now they shift everyone around so there is No caring. I'm disappointed. Sincerely , Eric Clowers.
