Mennonite general store, has a little bit of everything and a great place to buy staples (50# sacks of flour, sugar, oats, etc).

An out of the way treasure. They have everything you would ever want for baking. Huge selection of bulk items not easily found elsewhere. They have homemade bread and great sandwiches at the deli counter. I bought some 'rolled' butter and it is the best butter I have ever had. They also have a rotating selection of grocery items. They are some of the nicest people you will meet. Right now they have a selection of rose bushes in the front of the store and it smells heavenly.

My granddaddy has a shack near here and this is where we eat when we come to hunt there, it is an awesome place to eat it has the best sandwiches I’ve ever had.

I love going to this little store. It is right beside the river and they have beautiful peacocks there which are enjoyable to watch.
They also have a machine where you can make your own peanut butter. I hear they even have all different kinds a cheese. I know they make the best sandwiches around.
Unfortunately I didn't know that they are closed on Thursdays thank goodness they allowed me to purchase my necessities anyways. Thanks again

The Most Awesome and Best Country General Store EVER!! I Promise! They have everything! Cold drinks, hand-made ice cream cones, gasoline, fresh produce, sliced deli meats n cheeses, freshly made-to-order sandwiches. Homemade Bread, Cinnamon Rolls, Cookies, Etc., and its all made fresh daily.
