I have referred a couple close relationships to Dappr. They went out of their way to really help and support them, regardless of gaining them as a client. They spent the time to understand and learn about their business. Overall, these individuals that run this company and their employees truly care about what they do and want to provide an amazing service that benefits all of their clients!

Terrible experience and massive headaches working with them. I was looking for someone to help me with my CRM. They said they can snapshot my CRM and create one on their software for free if I move over and subscribe to them. It took them 3 weeks to finally upload my contacts. When my contacts were uploaded, none of my custom fields were added. It wasn't the snapshot they said they would do. I then found out, that I would have to do it. I wanted to find someone originally to help do it for me. I asked for a refund. I got ghosted. There was one tech support agent that was really trying to help me out by contacting billing and other departments to help me but nobody ever did help me with my refund. I got billed a 2nd month too. I luckily got it cancelled but never got my money back. Terrible experience, and terrible customer support. I don't even think they have customer support

Incredibly unprofessional. I decided not to use their company. After speaking to Mike Sheffield on Facebook, he decided it would be good taste to leave me a poor review as I decided to go with a different company. This is the kind of integrity that you can expect i suppose. I did try reaching out to the company but it went straight to voicemail during business hours. As business owners, we all know how important reviews can be, how they can make or break a company and while I have all five star reviews from people who are actually my customers Mike, the CMO took it upon himself to try to besmirch my reputation because I felt like his company couldn't offer the kind of expertise in my field that I am looking for. I have screenshots of the conversation as well. If anyone would like those just let me know.

Not only was he available to answer various questions and provide additional demo via zoom calls to provide additional clarity when needed, he also was very patient and went out of his way to explain the terms that I should have known!

The customer experience and support has been top notch. I’ve used sooo many different platforms, and often times when their are so many features it gets complicated to use but so far it’s been very easy to use and figure out.
