I WOULD GIVE ZERO TO NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD. I CALLED TO TALK ABOUT GETTING A HEAD STONE MADE FOR A LOVED ONE AND WAS SPOKE TO SO RUDELY! I CALLED AND ASKED ABOUT THE HEAD STONE IF THEY ENGRAVE THEM THERE, I WAS TOLD NO, SO THEN I ASKED WHO ACTUALLY INGRAVES THEM AND I WAS PUT ON HOLD, THEN SHE COMES BACK ON THE LINE AND SAYS WE DO IT HERE. I SAID OH YOU ENGRAVE THEM THERE, SHE SAID NO, I THEN ASKED WHO DOES THE ENGRAVING AND SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME THAT INFO, STATING IT WAS CONFIDENTIAL, WHAT SERIOUSLY YOU WANT MY MONEY BUT I CANNOT KNOW WHO ENGRAVES THE HEADSTONE THAT I AM PAYING GOOD MONEY FOR?
THE OWNER LINDA WAS VERY RUDE AND SNARKY, SHE WOULD NOT HAVE MINDED TO TAKE MY 2 - 3K FOR THE HEAD STONE THOUGH LOL! THIS INFO SHOULD BE MADE CLEAR TO CUSTOMERS AND BY ALL MEANS HAVING EMPATHY FOR SOMEONE WHOS LOST A LOVED ONE, INSTEAD OF BEING SO RUDE AND HEARTLESS. BUT NO THE OWNERS OF DESIGN A SIGN IN PAGOSA ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE IN THIS TOWN, OVER CHARGING FOR SERVICE BECAUSE THEY ARE REALLY THE ONLY COMPANY THAT DOES THIS SERVICE IN PAGOSA. MONEY IS MORE IMPORTANT TO THE OWNERS OF DESIGN A SIGN VS BUILDING A RELATIONSHIP WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS! I AM ALL ABOUT SUPPORING LOCAL BUSINESS, BUT A BUSINESS THAT ACTS THIS WAY, NO I WILL NOT SUPPORT IT!

BUYER BEWARE.....very unethical business. Over the years they have taken down at least two sign boxes from my building without permission. When I called to get a quote on a new sign they quoted me an outrageous amount using the same sign box they removed from my building. We had another company quote the sign and they came in over $1000 less with a brand new light box. Why would you charge full price for a used light box that was already payed for? Would NOT recommend this business
