Absolutely one of the worst businesses we've ever encountered. Poor workmanship. Poor customer service. Completely unprofessional. Did work to our church monument, and it was horrible. Took forever to get them there. Power washing job not good, because done in the dark. They also knocked the facing off a lot of the brick with the power washer. Most letters crooked and not permanently attached. Was told an animal must've pulled them loose. No epoxy had been used, and several bolts had been snapped off the letters. Again, took a while for them to come back out. Different guy. Told we'd have to measure ourselves to see if one of the words was level. He made two trips to finish, because he didn't have everything he needed. Made it better, but still not right. Used liquid nails, rather than proper epoxy for brickwork. No telling how long that will last. While letters can no longer be pulled off, many are still loose in spots and not level. Gave one last chance to make improvements, and a different guy came out with him. Once again, they showed up without proper tools. Tried to use a leveling app on his phone to check accuracy. This guy was definitely much nicer about things, but it was too little too late. Will never use again or recommend. They obviously don't take pride in their work. They hide behind a one year warranty, which we believe they would never honor, based on the lack of integrity and bad attitudes they've displayed. The job should be done right from the get-go. From the office staff to the installers to the long-time technician to the owner, we encountered issues at every level. Been ongoing for about three months. Our church is very disappointed.

These people are wonderful! We were having problems with our church sign for months, and the manufacturer who put it there had terrible customer service and tried to double charge us for the service they were going to provide. Edwards Sign Co went out there the same week and got our sign fixed with hundreds less than we were quoted by the original sign company. Thank you so much for your wonderful service. We will be using you again. Blessings!
