After a great call with John Reed about our business where we were open and honest, John said he would get a quote over to us. He then went quite and it wasn't until we chased, he proceeded to send short, blunt, rude emails to us. If you're a new client, be careful.

We evaluated Elevator PR by signing up for their one month $2000 evaluation plan and we were very disappointed with their work. Our expectation was that they would help us identify media outlets that would match our line of business and make custom or personalized pitches for those outlets. All we got was one article in a B-grade online site with no back-link. They refuse to disclose what exactly they did for us and when I expressed my disappointment, they were extremely rude about it. I regret not having checked their reviews or rating before signing up. Their pre-sales seemed pretty good and efficient and I expected that they might bring the same diligence to their work. Please use this at your own risk, or better, avoid.
