Eric . . . Whether you're selling or buying a home I would recommend him hands down! He's not your "regular" real estate agent. He's an excellent communicator, negotiator and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of selling a house in NJ. I could not have done it without him. It's such a process (not to mention the emotional side of it) and Eric offered great advice, kept me on task and totally in the loop with everything. When I wasn't able to be at settlement - he arranged everything previous to the sale so that I could leave in peace! Can't say enough . . .THANK YOU!!

Eric handled the sale of our home, and the purchase of our condo, in 2015. From the moment we met Eric, we knew he would sell our home that had been on the market for almost 3 years. We went through FOUR other realtors prior to Eric. It was not a pleasant experience. There was nothing wrong with our home, other than the fact it was built in 1954 and didn't have the open layout. It was beautiful, meticulously kept and maintained and not one thing was wrong with it. However, these other realtors degraded it and claimed it was "dated" because it lacked the open floor plan. They dropped us when they realized they couldn't sell it because it looked bad on their record. The moment we met Eric, we knew he would sell it AND HE DID - IN 3 MONTHS! He was professional, kind, patient, knowledgeable and always had that upbeat, can do, attitude. He told us not to worry, it was his responsibility to sell our home, and he certainly did. He knew our frustration for almost three years, and put our worries to rest. Do not hesitate to use Eric for your purchasing and selling transactions. He is a gem.

Eric is not only knowledgeable about the Ocean City and surrounding areas but he is as honest as the day is long. He is a wonderful person and will never push you like many other sales people do.
